Our story

How it Started…

Our founder Russell Hasan Ali, started his legal career as a paralegal and then a trainee at a high street law firm in Southeast London. He then went on to qualify as a Solicitor in 2018, providing legal advice to Muslims and Non-Muslims alike in the areas of Wills, Trusts and Probate. 

He has published work in Muslim-specific magazine, The Invitation.

In his area of law, he helped clients protect and preserve their assets. This was often achieved through the creation of a particular type of trust in their Wills. He also helped clients to administer the estate of a deceased person, often a relative during the most difficult of times.

He has most recently worked for a Legal100 top tier law firm in London.

During this time as a Solicitor he quickly learned that many Muslims and those that have arrived from Muslim-majority countries were simply unaware of their islamic obligations whilst living in a Non-Muslim country. And so, Qadar Wills was born.

Our Approach

Our approach is simply – to provide a bespoke islamic Will-writing service to Muslims in London and the South East. This may include visiting clients in their home or one of at our satellite locations in a number of Mosques in the South East, including Bromley, Maidstone and Medway
